Who you are
- 5+ years in UX design preferably at a fast-paced company
- Excellent communication skills both to gather feedback, but also to provide it
- Great time & project management skills
- Interest in shaping the future of retail, e-commerce and B2B
- Experience in web analytics tools is a pre
- Fluent in English
- Excellent skills with: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop

What the job involves
- You'll be working on product UX design with a focus on improving the shopping experience on the Orderchamp platform, or build B2B (SaaS) tools for our brands
- Build and grow the Orderchamp brand, creating beautiful designs for our product, marketing and sales activities
- Research our customer behavior and stay up to date on the latest trends in eCommerce and retail. Improve our UX/UI designs
- Build rapid prototypes and experiment with new designs
- Design, create and recreate customer journeys turning them into a flawless experience
- Be the ambassador for the Orderchamp design guidelines, making sure our company operates consistently
- Lead, mentor and support other members in the design team

The company lists thousands of premium brands on its marketplace which can be purchased wholesale through flexible payment plans, with free shipping for large orders and low minimum order quantities.
