What the job involves
- Focused on Elsewhere B2B and internal side of the business; working with and managing Elsewhere's travel agency partners from onboarding to training and ongoing support
- Serve as a point of contact for travel agency account management matters
- Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to Elsewhere partners
- Collaborate with travel agencies to identify and grow opportunities within the destination
- Provide support for travelers handling any issues or complaints, ensuring high customer service
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Create and develop processes for partner onboarding and training
- Maintain accurate agency records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Build and strengthen partner relationships to achieve long-term alliances
