What the job involves
- As a Partnerships Intern at Aircall, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Partnerships team, supporting initiatives that help us grow our network of partners and optimize existing relationships
- You'll gain hands-on experience with channel and integration partner acquisition and management, business development, partner marketing, and relationship management, while also developing skills in data management
- This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of Aircall by playing a critical part in our partner acquisition and management efforts
- Assist in identifying and acquiring new partners, including in adjacent markets
- Tailor outreach efforts to meet qualified partner meeting targets—helping to build meaningful, long-term relationships
- Learn how to craft and execute personalized outreach that resonates with potential partners
- Support the team with the execution of actions derived from Partner Account Manager (PAM) business reviews
- Help track progress and ensure follow-through on key initiatives
- Be actively involved in partner
- Help ensure the accuracy and proper maintenance of Salesforce fields for our key partners
- Update and verify crucial partner data to facilitate smooth partner management processes
- Assist in tracking and measuring partner marketing campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to gather data, analyze results, and report on campaign performance
- Provide recommendations for optimizing future partner campaigns based on performance metrics

Our take
Call centres have been a mainstay of sales teams for decades, with the human touch delivering an impression conversion rate of about 30% for inbound calls. However analogue call centres are physical infrastructure-heavy and unable to take advantage of the flexibility afforded by remote and hybrid ways of work. Aircall exists to change that, providing a cloud-based call centre infrastructure that allows sales teams to work from their home offices.
