What the job involves

The Associate – Service Management is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
This position will be the primary point-of-contact between our Organisation and its clients, ensuring that all inquiries are handled in an efficient manner while maintaining excellent customer relations
Responds promptly and accurately to incoming requests from both internal and external customers via phone or email; provide timely follow up on open issues/requests until resolution has been achieved
Monitors daily operations related activities such as order processing, inventory management etc., ensure accuracy of data entry into system databases
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement within existing systems by analysing trends in client feedback
Works closely with other departments (e.g. sales team) when needed to resolve any escalated matters quickly
Develops relationships with key stakeholders through regular contact including face-to-face meetings where necessary
Maintains accurate records pertaining to each case managed using appropriate software applications
