Role

Who you are

  • You’ll bring a strong foundation in product marketing and lifecycle marketing within Enterprise B2B SaaS, and the experience to manage and optimize paid media campaigns
  • You’ll be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on operator—a player-coach ready to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • At least 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Strong background in product marketing, with a solid understanding of messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis
  • Proven experience in marketing technology or SaaS platforms
  • Deep expertise in paid media and lifecycle marketing across the funnel
  • Hands-on operator with leadership experience—a true player-coach
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Proficient in English, with native-level fluency
  • Experience targeting enterprise-level customers and managing long sales cycles
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones and leading in a distributed team environment

What the job involves

  • We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Director of Growth Marketing to join our growing marketing team
  • This is a new leadership role reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, with a unique opportunity to shape and execute our growth engine across the full customer journey
  • Develop and lead integrated growth strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
  • Lead Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies
  • Own and scale paid acquisition channels (search, social, programmatic, etc.) to hit pipeline and efficiency goals
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer journey
  • Measure performance, analyze results, and continually optimize campaigns for ROI
  • Manage a small team as we grow, while remaining deeply hands-on

Our take

Creatopy’s ad design platform offers brands a fast method of customizing, automating and deploying their online adverts. In a way, it’s a kind of advertising-oriented rendition of email marketing automation platforms like Sendinblue or Mailchimp.

Creatopy has some competition in the creative automation for advertising space from the likes of Bannerflow and Celtra, but the company’s in-depth experience of the online advertising and design space could give them an edge. The company was created by serial entrepreneur Gabriel Ciordas, who also runs publishing platform Flipsnack and online design tool SVGator, as well as Bannersnack, from whom Creatopy emerged in 2021 as a full solution to advertisers’ needs.

Off the back of $10 million in Series A funding, the company is now aiming to expand its customer base as it aims to become a leader in the Marketing Tech field.
