Role
Who you are
- Experience: Ideally minimum of 5 years of experience in product management particularly in B2B SaaS products and preferably in optimising ecommerce-like funnels
- Velocity: Enjoy working quickly from idea to execution with a focus on learnings and outcomes rather than large projects
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver products to market that have real business impact
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic mindset with experience in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth
- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision-making
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and feedback into actionable product improvements
- Product Design Knowledge/Skills: Strong awareness of design best practice and user research methodologies
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure product success
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What the job involves
- Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll be a key member of the product team and play a critical role in scaling the business and curating and delivering the overarching product strategy
- Product Vision and Strategy: support our product vision, strategy, and roadmap; ensuring it aligns with the company’s overall objectives and market needs
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market
- Product Thinking: Optimise existing product lines, build delightful products and implement innovative practices to accelerate growth
- Product Design: Incorporate UI/UX best practice into the product development process as well as user research from a variety of sources and methods
- Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development processes, including ideation, design, development, and launch, in collaboration with engineering, design, and teams across the business
- Performance Management: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for our B2B and B2B2C products, making data-guided decisions to optimise performance, customer satisfaction, and market fit
- Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs, and incorporating this knowledge into product development and decision-making
- Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team
