Who you are

You are a Bachelor or Masters student in your 3rd or 4th year at an EU university
You are a communicative and creative individual with a willingness to take initiative
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, able to define priorities under pressure
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Dutch would be a plus
Available for a 5/6 month internship, working 40 hours per week (32 hours can be discussed)

What the job involves

As a Recruitment Intern, you will support the Recruitment team in the end to end recruitment processes for various departments, such as Sales & Client Success.
This includes job posting, sourcing, interviewing and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Additionally, you will be focusing on employer branding, advertising our jobs and company culture
Publishing jobs in our ATS and managing the candidate pipelines: conducting video screenings, scheduling interviews and supporting in the offer stage
Working closely with the hiring managers, keeping them aligned about the progress of the recruitment process
Publishing our jobs on different job boards
Managing the recruitment inbox
Support the Recruitment team in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines
Participate in recruitment-related projects, including employer branding initiatives and many more!
