Who you are

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- A "can-do" attitude and a willingness to tackle any task, big or small, to support team goals
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, retail, or a similar field is a plus
- Interest in consumer electronics, health, or wellness technology is a bonus
What the job involves
- We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team
- This is an exciting opportunity for a raw graduate or an early-career professional eager to build a foundation in marketing within a fast-paced, rapid growth environment
- You'll play a crucial supporting role, handling essential clerical and organizational tasks that ensure our marketing initiatives run smoothly and efficiently
- Channel Marketing Support: Provide comprehensive clerical support for all marketing channels, with a specific focus on channel marketing
- This includes managing Purchase Orders (POs), meticulously tracking invoices, and assisting with budget planning and reconciliation
- Wider Marketing Team Support: Act as a reliable support for the broader marketing team on key projects, helping to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives progress effectively
- Presentation & Deck Building: Assist in preparing compelling marketing presentations and decks for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency
- Event Management Assistance: Provide logistical and administrative support for various marketing events, including planning, coordination, external agency management and post-event follow-up
- Data Entry & Reporting: Support with data entry, organization, and basic reporting to help track campaign performance and marketing spend
- Asset Management: Help organize, brief and maintain marketing assets, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date for team use
- Research & Coordination: Conduct research as needed for marketing campaigns or market insights, and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors for various marketing needs

Our take
As smart watches with health and wellbeing monitoring functions are now an everyday norm, Oura is offering similar wearable technology with its series of rings. It’s one of a number of companies gaining serious traction in the market, along with the likes of Circular and Movano.
The company gained an early profile after its collaboration with Gucci which created mainstream publicity and may have given it a leg up on the competition. With the smart ring market forecast to keep growing, Oura certainly finds itself in a promising position as it moves to build out its operations and refine the product.
The bottom line for Oura will be customer satisfaction and demand, which does make its mixed reviews so far a little troubling. That said, the announcement of its new "Circles" social feature, on top of an integration with InsideTracker and acquisition of "wave to pay" company Proxy, all look set to increase the functionality of the ring and could well win more consumers over.
