Who you are
- Over 3 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong performance record in both inbound and outbound strategies, preferably within the technology sector
- Strategic ability to segment the market by industry, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM, ideally Salesforce and enrichment tools as Apollo for effective lead and opportunity management
- Experience in crafting and negotiating proposals that meet client needs, achieving favorable terms and successful deal closures
- Excellent communication skills, with a capacity for impactful collaboration acrossteams and departments
- Adaptable and eager to stay ahead of industry trends, with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Native in Spanish and conversationnal in English
What the job involves
- The Account Executive for the Commercial Market role is a cornerstone within our sales organization, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging with clients, with a strategic focus on both inbound and outbound sales
- In close collaboration with the Lead-Gen Team, strategically prospect new clients in the Commercial Market, with a focus on 60% inbound and 40% outbound sales efforts
- Utilize market segmentation by industry to efficiently identify and target high-potential leads, leveraging our sales tools, Salesforce and Apollo, for optimal lead and opportunity management
- Serve as a critical link between field insights and internal departments to foster a culture of continuous improvement and strategic alignment
- Regularly assess sales strategies and outcomes, sharing best practices and experiences in team workshops to enhance sales processes and performance
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of our CRM (Salesforce) with diligent data management
- Candidates with experience in working with HR, Sales or Finance, and a background in Legal knowledge will find themselves at a significant advantage, enriching our team's expertise and ability to connect with a diverse range of industries
