What the job involves
- As a legal analyst within the top.legal product & engineering team:
- You analyse legal contracts by structure and content
- You help to develop a state-of-the-art B2B SaaS product in an agile remote product & engineering team: You know how to focus 110% on customer impact and be 100% committed to the team. We are A-players and we enjoy to work with A-players
- You are part of a customer-driven, sprint-based product development process and break down complex tasks into deliverable output (feasibility assessment, shippable feature etc.)

Top.legal was founded in 2020 to help businesses make better decisions when negotiating contracts, and speed up the process by better uniting legal and sales teams.
Top.legal’s AI-powered platform enables users to design, simplify, and accelerate contract processes. It is a comprehensive suite including tools to automate contract creation, manage contract data and use this data in negotiations, and improve communication by eliminating legal jargon – all acting towards preventing unnecessary coordination rounds and reducing the dependency on legal departments.
Top.legal has raised funds towards further developing its AI, which is the backbone of its products. The company has stated aims to bring more direct contact and personal interaction into contracts, encouraging a focus on generating more value from customer relationships.
