- Experience level: Mid/Intermediate

- Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including email and push
- Experience editing html code
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a creative and analytical CRM specialist with a commercial mind to own and shape our CRM Marketing calendar, by delivering best-in-class communications to our customers and optimising them through test and learn to drive results and hit our KPIs
- Ownership and planning of the CRM marketing calendar, continuously monitoring performance and making improvements to ensure KPIs are hit
- Generate new ideas for CRM marketing content, liaising closely with the brand and PR teams to align on seasonal moments and relevant research
- End-to-end execution of CRM marketing campaigns, including brief development, delivering feedback to copy and design, and building campaigns
- Planning, executing and reporting A/B tests, ensuring insights are shared and actioned to continuously improve campaign performance
- Work closely with commercial team to ensure communication of our products is accurate, timely, and promoted to appropriate audiences
- Ensure all communications are fully compliant with FCA and GDPR, and champion CRM best practice
- 40 hrs/week, 7am – 7pm core hours
