Role
Who you are
- You have a Bachelor or Master's in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Ideally, you have already gained experience in operations, customer service, or a related area
- You are interested in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar fields, ideally within fintech or SaaS
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
- Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of data analysis or reporting tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You are available to work for 6 months, as a full-time intern (40h/week)
- You are analytical and enjoy structuring abstract problems into actionable recommendations
- You are a fast learner and work well within a fast-paced work environment
- You actively help yourself (and others) to be successful
- You give and receive open, direct and timely feedbac
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Revenue Operations Intern, based in Berlin, to support our GTM team and contribute to operational efficiency across the revenue cycle
- This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in revenue operations within a high-growth fintech environment, working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Analytics and Reporting: Assisting in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the revenue cycle
- Strategic Planning Support: Helping align GTM goals with overall company objectives by participating in planning sessions and supporting initiatives that align with sales targets and customer success metrics
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborating on process improvements between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to enhance workflow and efficiency
- CRM Data Management: Supporting the optimization of our CRM (HubSpot) by ensuring data accuracy and assisting in generating actionable insights for GTM teams

The company focuses on simplicity for its customers building a variety of products that amount to one integration for each company.
Both founders Max Schertel and Alexander Talkanitsa were previously involved in N26 from the beginnings of its journey. They developed deep roots in Fintech and are able to now provide Finmid and its employees with an extensive knowledge of the financial sector and how it can be improved.
Finmid has been keeping quiet about its offering up until a recent acknowledgement that the company was featured in Accel's Fintech 100 EMEA - the firm’s list of hot fintech companies set to become the next generation of category leaders. So maybe we’re about to see a lot more from Finmid as it brings forth what it has been hiding, especially once capital the company once recent investments are utilised.
