Staff Engineer, Unity

• Fearless attitude and willingness to jump in to unfamiliar areas
• Technical experience across a range of technologies - graphics, netcode, authoring tools, animation, physics, script interpreters and compilers, etc
• Advanced C# and/or C++ development experience
• Passion for performance, code analysis, and debugging tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the organization

Desirable

• You'll dive into implementing features, designing systems, doing hardware testing, and interacting with users who are actively using your work
• You will work with the broader team to guide architectural decisions, and work with partners and customers to identify areas that might need your attention
• Writing fast, maintainable code in C# (and some C++)
• Working with new platforms and ecosystems, such as visionOS
• Collaborating with other teams within R&D to help bring cohesive and user friendly experiences to our users
• Helping accelerate a variety of projects, both as an individual contributor and as a mentor
