• Design Toolbox: Highly proficient in Figma for all digital-first design and web layouts (including developer handoff), with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) for photo editing, asset creation, and print-ready collateral
• Design Eye: A portfolio that showcases a clean, modern aesthetic with a focus on digital-first design (web layouts, social content etc.)
• Proactive Mindset: You are a "high-agency" thinker. You don't just wait for a task; you notice where our brand could be stronger and suggest creative ways to improve it

• Brand Partnership: Partner with the Brand & Content Manager to lead the evolution of our visual identity. You will proactively audit, refine, and scale our brand guidelines to ensure a premium, cohesive experience across all digital and physical touchpoints
• Building the "Brand Hub": Help us architect and organize our first central Brand Hub. You’ll create the templates and libraries that empower the whole company to stay on-brand
• Web & UX Design: Design beautiful, high-converting landing pages in Figma. You’ll learn how to bridge the gap between "pretty designs" and functional web experiences for our Webflow website
• Commercial Creative: Execute high-impact assets for social media, digital campaigns, and sales enablement materials that help our team win
• Development Workflow: Work alongside our external Webflow developer to see your designs come to life
