Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with exposure to influencer marketing
- Proven tracker record and experience delivering revenue against quarterly and annual goals. Ability to build and manage a pipeline to exceed targets
- Experience with selling directly to brands with strong client relationship building skills
- Ability to be a self starter and to take control of commercial opportunities
- Strong revenue skills, with an understanding of targets and how to execute against them
- Skilled in sales strategy, knowing where we are as a business and where we want to be
- Excellent proposal and presentation skills, with the ability to present to both internal and external stakeholders
- Eager to learn and grow within a fast paced environment

- As an Official Global Marketing Partner of TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Snap, Meta, and Twitch, Influencer delivers bespoke, enterprise-level solutions powered by Waves, its AI-driven operating system
- From concept to conversion, the agency blends human instinct with platform intelligence to drive measurable outcomes across the full funnel - from brand perception to performance and sales
- With 200+ team members speaking 30 languages across North America, Europe, and the Middle East, Influencer has delivered 6,000+ campaigns for leading brands including Spotify, SharkNinja, Google, Nike, Disney, and Coca-Cola
- This role reports to the Group Director of Brand Partnerships
- In this role you will be reporting into our Group Director & VP of Partnerships and will be responsible for building brand direct relationships to drive revenue for our North America business
- Opportunity to Drive Growth: Play a key role in expanding our brand partnerships across North America, directly impacting revenue and shaping the future of our business
- Work with Industry-Leading Brands: Collaborate with top-tier clients working on high-profile campaigns with some of the biggest names in the industry
- Innovative and Fast-Paced Environment: Work cross functionally with a dynamic, forward-thinking team at the forefront of influencer marketing. You’ll work closely with Client Services, Creative, Strategy, Measurement teams to ensure seamless campaign development, execution and client satisfaction
- Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
- Mastered The “Influencer Way”: Gained a strong understanding of our unique capabilities, proprietary technology to approach to maximizing client success and campaign results
- Built Key Relationships: Established strong connections with target brands, gaining a deep understanding of their marketing needs and objectives
- Secured Initial Wins: Closed your first few partnerships, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue and align brand goals with Influencer’s capabilities and areas of expertise
- Grow and develop brand and agency relationships to achieve revenue targets
- Strategically identify opportunities and build a qualified pipeline through relationship building and understanding brands’ KPIs
- Partner with Group Director & VP of Partnerships to prospect, close and grow revenue opportunities, which involves achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Weekly reporting to VP of Partnerships on sales performance and sales forecasting
- Ideate and build strategic action plans for clients and manage the sales process from outreach to renewal
- Keep track of competitor activity, using industry knowledge to identify potential new markets and increase the market share
- Work closely with the VP of Client Services to ensure and maintain a high level of client service
