Who you are

Proven experience creating high-quality design and assets for premium brands in a fast-paced environment
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma (a must-have) and Canva
Advanced skills in photo editing, retouching, and compositing
Strong understanding of responsive design principles, especially for email and digital campaigns
Solid grounding in branding and visual identity, with the ability to apply them creatively and consistently
A proactive problem-solver with a creative mindset, always looking for fresh ways to bring ideas to life
Passion for storytelling through visuals and creating memorable brand experiences
Confident communicator, comfortable presenting concepts and influencing stakeholders

What the job involves

Design and deliver visually striking, on-brand assets and campaigns that inspire and engage
Collaborate with digital and content teams to translate briefs into standout creative work
Own the end-to-end design process: from concept sketches and wireframes to final production-ready assets across multiple platforms and formats
Develop and maintain scalable design systems (eg in Figma) that ensure consistency, accessibility, and adaptability across channels
Support testing and optimisation by iterating on creative based on data insights and performance
Champion brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring every piece of communication reflects Y TREE’s values and voice
Guide and influence stakeholders, providing clear rationale for creative choices and ensuring design integrity
Stay ahead of trends, from design innovations and AI-powered tools to compliance standards and accessibility best practices
Bring assets to life with your expertise in image retouching, photo manipulation, motion graphics and layout design
