Account Manager, Qualifyze

• Proven track record in account management, customer success, or a related sales role, ideally within B2B or Life Sciences industries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with clients at all levels
• Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and managing pipelines
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and driving results

• As an Account Manager – Key Accounts at Qualifyze, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission by generating net new ARR through retaining and upselling existing customers
• This role is critical to maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that customers outsource as many of their audits to Qualifyze as possible
• As a regional Account Manager, you will act as a trusted partner for your assigned accounts, working collaboratively with internal teams and leveraging your expertise to help our clients succeed while growing Qualifyze's footprint within their organizations
• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
• Own the customer journey after the Account Executive closes the deal, ensuring a seamless handover and continuous value delivery
• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within your assigned accounts to achieve a 100% share of wallet
• Conduct outreach campaigns to existing clients via phone, email, and social touches to secure meetings and discuss opportunities
• Visit key accounts on-site (+€30k deal size) to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers, the supplier sales team, and operations to ensure audits are carried out successfully
• Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate data on deals, forecasts, and opportunities, following the current sales methodology
• Regularly submit forecasts for the following month, providing detailed visibility into pipeline health and deal progress
• Develop deep industry knowledge in auditing and the pharma sector to engage effectively with customers
