Who you are
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in onboarding, program management, employee experience, or a related field
- You’ll thrive as a Revenue Enablement Manager, New Hire Onboarding if you:

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager, New Hire Onboarding at Webflow to transform the way we setup our Revenue hires for success. We believe the employee experience starts on Day One and we’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented person to own and lead our onboarding program end-to-end
- This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape the first experience every new hire has with Webflow, ensuring it’s cohesive, scalable, and deeply human — across all teams, geographies, and working models
- In this role, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across People Ops, IT, Talent, Workplace, L&D, and business leadership to align and deliver a seamless onboarding journey. You'll design the systems, structure, and content that enable employees to feel welcome, informed, and productive from the start
- Lead the onboarding program globally from vision to execution to continuous iteration maintaining a consistent experience across departments and locations
- Design scalable, inclusive processes that meet the needs of remote, hybrid, and in-office employees at all levels, and across all customer facing roles
- Drive operational excellence by managing logistics, documentation, tooling, communications, and timelines
- Collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners to align all onboarding touchpoints across the employee lifecycle
- Define and track success metrics such as time-to-productivity, engagement, and new hire sentiment to inform improvements
- Equip hiring managers with planning tools, resources, and best practices to effectively ramp their new team members
- Come into the SF office to facilitate monthly in-person onboarding
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
Our take
No-code development systems allow users to create and publish the kind of output that was once only possible with the help of a team of developers. Webflow is one such platform that allows non-developers to create professional websites without knowing any code. It joins others such as Pantheon, Weebly, Squarespace, and Wix in a hotly-contested low-code development market. While competition is high, so too is demand, with low-code platforms accounting for more than 65% of application development activity in 2024.
The popularity of platforms such as Webflow is perhaps not surprising, as low-code development is usually cheaper for companies to implement and reduces time to market. Webflow has been used by over 3.5 million designers and teams to create sites for companies including enterprise brands such as Dell, Rakuten, UpWork, and Petal. It raised a large amount of funding in a Series C round in 2022. This is being used to further develop its platform, with a longer-term goal of pivoting to providing a no-code tool not only for websites, but software development as well.
