Role
Who you are
- 4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS or RegTech in the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies
- Natural-born troubleshooter with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer-first attitude with outstanding communication skills
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
Desirable
- Experience in FinTech or blockchain sector
- Prior experience with financial institutions and AML controls
- Basic coding and SQL skills
- Familiarity with privacy and security standards (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR)
- Knowledge of blockchain technology and crypto ecosystems
What the job involves
- As a Solutions Engineer at Notabene, you'll play a key role in realizing our vision of seamlessly integrating cryptocurrency into the global financial ecosystem
- You'll be the technical bridge between our customers and engineering team, helping businesses implement compliant crypto solutions while ensuring security
- Design and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and regulatory requirements
- Provide post-sales L2 technical support and handle complex customer escalations using tools like Datadog
- Collaborate across teams to translate customer requirements into product recommendations
- Maintain and improve technical documentation in Postman and Readme
- Develop proof of concepts and internal tools to facilitate customer integration
Our take
Increased accessibility to blockchain technology enables financial institutions to provide cryptocurrency services to their customers, but maintaining compliance can be difficult. Different jurisdictions and their domestic regulators require companies to comply with different rules, but this is difficult without having access to blockchain address types and other missing data points.
Notabene provides compliance tools for businesses that facilitate cryptocurrency transactions, helping them to access the data they need to provide compliant blockchain products. This is achieved through tools that help the user to identify missing blockchain data from their counterparties and their crypto transactions, allowing them to apply necessary regulations within their products.
Typically, remaining crypto-compliant requires the expensive assistance of blockchain experts. Notabene recognizes the unaffordability of this for most businesses, which is where it presents its value. The company has seen significant funding, the latest of which will support expansion to bring secure, transparent, and compliant crypto payments to more financial institutions.
