- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation date by Summer 2025 OR a recent college graduate (e.g., graduated within the last 12 months). A demonstrated interest or focus in Human Resources, People Operations, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
What the job involves
- As a People Operations Intern at Abnormal AI, you'll gain practical, hands-on experience across core HR functions while playing a key role in enhancing our employee experience
- You’ll support initiatives that improve our onboarding program, streamline systems like Workday, and contribute to building an inclusive and efficient workplace as we continue scaling globally. This is a summer internship position
- Support our employee onboarding program by helping to improve documentation, communications, and coordination across teams
- Assist with Workday (HRIS) management, including data entry, generating reports, and maintaining employee records with accuracy
- Contribute to our internal knowledge base (Confluence) to help employees find information and encourage self-service
- Collaborate on various cross-functional People projects, potentially involving HR technology, systems automation, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support employees by answering Tier 1 HR-related questions through our internal ticketing system
- Complete essential and recurring People Ops tasks such as I-9 verification, background check tracking, and system access provisioning
- Gather and analyze onboarding feedback and other employee data to identify trends and inform continuous improvement efforts within the People team

Its specialized approach has fueled rapid growth, leading to a $4B valuation after a Serice C Funding round. Now, Abnormal plans to double down on product development and expand internationally, prioritizing markets where data security laws necessitate a local presence. By staying focused on impersonation, Abnormal Security positions itself as a formidable force in the fight against online financial crime.
