Who you are
- Have 1+ years’ experience in the general influencer landscape or creative industries
- Have a passion for social media, content creators, trends, culture and industry news
- Have strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Take pride in having a high attention to detail
- Have a creative & curious mindset and a can-do attitude
- Be a team player, willing to roll their sleeves up and dive in
- Must be a native German speaker (mandatory requirement) and able to speak English to a professional standard (other languages are a bonus!)
What the job involves
- The Brand Solutions team has ultimate responsibility for the creative output of our campaigns and programs
- Oversee client relationships, budgets and timings across any executional workflows
- Act as the central resource that brings in the right expertise at the right time
- Facilitate retention and client satisfaction through excellent operational and servicing standards, and quality creative output
- Social Media: Operate with creators on multiple platforms to include Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat and more
- Influencer Management: Liaise with our Creator Partnerships team to receive creator hand once contracts secured and successfully onboarded to our Whalar platform ECHO
- Influencer sourcing & matchmaking: Identify influencers on behalf of brands, assessing creative aesthetic, data and personality etc
- Influencer outreach & negotiations: Communicate clearly and passionately with influencers, agreeing rates, pitching the collaboration opportunity to secure talent for campaigns
- Creative Briefing: Issue creator facing briefs and lead day-to-day communications for content development and launch in market and build strong relationships
- Content Review & Quality Control: Work closely with the Campaign Manager to give feedback and approve on all creator content. Tasks include compliance checks in line with local regulations and protocol, IP, alignment with brief and more
- Campaign Performance: Work closely with the Manager on overall campaign management, data capture and wrap reports
- Miscellaneous Team Support: Ensure campaigns and day-to-day operations run smooth and adhere to timelines to include all administrative tasks
