Role
Who you are
- Must-have: you are fluent in German and English (writing and speaking). Any additional language is a plus
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree and have prior experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or a similar function, in a tech company or startup
- You can speak with customers on a technical level and have worked with APIs before
- You listen carefully, think strategically as well as tactically, and are a strong problem solver, who anticipates problems before they arise
- You bring strong presentation and project management skills, preferably from a SaaS-based environment
- You like taking over responsibility and working collaboratively
- You have a strong focus on customer value, and you are great at building trustful customer relationships
- You are passionate about FinTech and Banxware’s mission to support the real economy - small and medium-sized businesses - with instant financing
What the job involves
- You will work cross-functionally and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing and Operations to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- You will own the implementation and onboarding phase by managing dependencies (both technical and non-technical workstreams) and by coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
- You will guide your customers on “What” and “How” to do based on our API documentation
- You will manage customer expectations and become the customer advocate inside Banxware
- You will ensure all customer requests are appropriately understood, prioritized, and addressed while maintaining sensitivity towards both customer success and impact to Banxware
- You will anticipate customer needs and proactively mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle and ultimately, you are positioning your accounts for growth
- You will constantly analyze and work on improving customer value, by optimizing go-to-market strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and lifting product adoption
- You will be the number one go-to-person for our Head of Sales and your product colleagues – together, you ensure that our customers made the right choice to partner with Banxware
Our take
Banking-as-a-service has allowed revolutionary banking products to offer financial services without the infrastructure of a bank. Furthermore, the development of open banking enacted regulations that would give any business consumer data, to allow fintechs to provide services and products that previously only banks could own. Most notable of these offerings are embedded financial services.
Banxware was the first company to offer fully digitalised embedded financial services. This allows any kind of online platform, including marketplaces and payment providers, to offer bank-like services, covering funding, trading, payments, loan management and bank account maintenance. This closes the gap that exists between fintechs and digital platforms with established banks by putting the customer first.
Companies like Banxware are essential for banks to be able to modernise and digitalise their services to serve a much wider customer base. Having raised multiple funding rounds and securing a strategic partnership with PAYONE (a market leader of payment services) and Agicap (a liquidity management and financial planning platform), Banxware looks to be continuing the expansion of its service offerings.
