- Experience with various survey methods, analysis, visualizations and relevant data tools like SQL

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our rapidly growing Product org. You will help shape the future of the Fivetran data pipeline platform for businesses large and small
- You will be diving deep into the daily lives of our customers and applying that understanding to everyday product design decisions
- On day one, this role will report to the Director of UX Research
- Plan, manage, and execute on user research programs across focused product areas
- Collaborate with design, product, and analytics to build research projects that align with stakeholder needs as well as user needs
- Guide product and design on the research methodology, question framing, and other best practices for self-run studies
- Identify emerging customer and user needs to support the development of new products
- Synthesize learnings from past research and analytics data to tell compelling stories and lead ideation sessions
