Who you are

2+ years of professional work experience, with 1 year of demonstrated over-quota experience in Mid-Market ($1B+) and/or Enterprise SaaS sales development
Evidence of being able to sustain high levels of tailored (researched) outbound activity with multi-threaded email, cell phone call, LN campaigns to achieve weekly meeting and monthly pipeline goals to executive and director level decision makers
Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.io, or Salesloft
Experience with growth stage enterprise SaaS sales organization(s)
HQ co-location required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Significant outbounding experience, with an emphasis on high-volume calling and willingness to knock down barriers to sale
BA/BS degree or higher from an accredited university

What the job involves

We are looking for a Senior Account Development Representative who is relentless about spreading the word about our solution
You will help us conduct outreach to C-level executives, and generate pipeline for our sales team
We’re currently going through key inflection points of revenue growth and scalability and offer you the opportunity to make an impact by joining an early sales organization
You will be measured on the qualified pipeline generated
Create opportunities for the sales team by setting meetings for your AE partners (1:2) with prospects
Utilize your value-based knowledge to create leads out of cold/warm outbound prospecting
Ask qualifying questions (i.e. “A and N” in BANT). To schedule meetings with the right people who have a need for our solution
Determine if Lilt is a good fit for the prospect
Proactive communication with prospects and your cross-functional teams
Relay any information that may be of value to the team, whether it be best practices, new features, competitive analysis, etc

Widely available tools like Google Translate are not fit for complex, operationally intense processes that require expert translations. The manual methods of yesterday can't scale to the volume of digital information produced today. Lilt works with companies, schools, and government agencies to provide AI-powered enterprise language translation. Its platform combines a translation management system and neural machine translation with human language experts to create a “human-in-the-loop” approach.

While companies like AI Translate offer intelligent machine translations, they still have linguists fine-tune and correct the texts afterwards. With the Lilt platform, AI and humans work together on text, with the AI making real-time sentence suggestions and the linguist reviewing them immediately. This collaboration delivers 3-5x greater efficiency than traditional human-only translation services, which has aided Lilt's substantial rounds of funding.

Clients such as Asics, Canva, and Digital Ocean use Lilt technology for urgent campaigns and large-scale localisation projects. Recently, Lilt launched its V3.5 translation models, which improve quality by 15% to 20%, significantly enhancing translation accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, Lilt appointed a new Chief Revenue Officer to drive growth and scale, underscoring its commitment to expanding its market presence and further improving its services.
