What the job involves
- As a Business Associate intern, you are joining us at an exciting time and will be directly involved in our most critical mission: ensuring the success of our first clients, fostering long-term relationships, and turning them into passionate advocates of Kiosk
- Over a six-month period, you will experience two dynamic phases of our operation:
- January to April: Join us in San Francisco - Immerse yourself with our team in the vibrant startup culture and witness firsthand the journey of Y Combinator
- April to June: In Paris, play a significant role in shaping the company's strategy, growth, and operations during our fundraising process
- We aim for each of our early customers to become Kiosk ambassadors
- As a Business Associate, we expect you to go above and beyond to set them up for success
- Structuring and overseeing our client management pipeline
- Leading new client setups
- Structuring our lead management and nurturing approach
- Supporting our existing clients to maximize the value they get from Kiosk
- Collecting feedback and influencing our product roadmap in collaboration with our PM
- Influencing our GTM and communication streams to help Kiosk establish itself as a market leader
- Supporting founders in the day-to-day operations to scale and automate processes
Our take
When eFounders was faced with the challenge of expanding into different verticals, the company saw the opportunity to truly diversify its offerings to expand its reach in the market. This led to Hexa, a new holding company that currently runs three different studios, LogicFounders (Fintech), eFounders (Future of Work), and 3founders (Web3).
With each studio operating within its niche, the studios act as a third co-founder. While the startup studio tries to find a CEO and a CTO, Hexa's core team helps take the project off the ground in exchange for a third of equity. For instance, unicorn companies Front, Aircall and Spendesk all started with eFounders.
Hexa is looking to further expand its range of venture studios, launching into new verticals such as climate, education, and health - with two of those studios launching within the next year. With +35 launches and +2,800 jobs created, Hexa is well set to help launch countless more startups.
