Who you are

3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support, preferably within healthcare or dental industries
Degree or equivalent education (preferred), with a background in Business, Healthcare, Dental Sciences, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analysis
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient care

Desirable

Knowledge of dental software (e.g. practice management systems)
An understanding of dental practice workflows, dental technology, or related healthcare solutions
Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features
Team player with a proactive approach

What the job involves

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform
Collaborate with the Clinical Workflow Specialist team to schedule and coordinate comprehensive training sessions tailored to each client’s needs
Facilitate communication between clients and Clinical Workflow Specialists to ensure training sessions are effectively planned and executed
Support clients in preparing for training, including providing necessary documentation and resources
Follow up post-training to gather feedback, address questions, and ensure clients are confident in using our solutions effectively
Act as the trusted advisor for dental practices, understanding their goals and challenges
Maintain regular communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction
Monitor client health scores and usage metrics
Identify and address potential issues before they impact the client
Collaborate with technical support and product teams to resolve complex problems
Encourage and facilitate the adoption of new features and solutions
Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion based on client needs
Collect and relay client feedback to product development and management teams
Help develop case studies and testimonials to showcase success stories
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and health status
Meet SLA targets to ensure speedy resolutions
