Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client support, preferably within healthcare or dental industries
- Degree or equivalent education (preferred), with a background in Business, Healthcare, Dental Sciences, or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analysis
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
- Passion for healthcare innovation and improving patient care
Desirable
- Knowledge of dental software (e.g. practice management systems)
- An understanding of dental practice workflows, dental technology, or related healthcare solutions
- Technical aptitude to understand and explain product features
- Team player with a proactive approach
What the job involves
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition onto our platform
- Collaborate with the Clinical Workflow Specialist team to schedule and coordinate comprehensive training sessions tailored to each client’s needs
- Facilitate communication between clients and Clinical Workflow Specialists to ensure training sessions are effectively planned and executed
- Support clients in preparing for training, including providing necessary documentation and resources
- Follow up post-training to gather feedback, address questions, and ensure clients are confident in using our solutions effectively
- Act as the trusted advisor for dental practices, understanding their goals and challenges
- Maintain regular communication to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Monitor client health scores and usage metrics
- Identify and address potential issues before they impact the client
- Collaborate with technical support and product teams to resolve complex problems
- Encourage and facilitate the adoption of new features and solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expansion based on client needs
- Collect and relay client feedback to product development and management teams
- Help develop case studies and testimonials to showcase success stories
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and health status
- Meet SLA targets to ensure speedy resolutions
