Who you are
- You have some experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or IT
- Preferred experience with booking demos using outbound prospecting methods like cold calling, cold emailing, and utilizing Linkedin
- Self-starter who has the drive, energy, and passion to look for new business opportunities
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities - having the ability to tell the story of a product, while comprehending the needs of prospects
- Coachable and willing to receive and give feedback
- Have excellent time management skills and are able to project accordingly
- Experience with the following tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, G-Suite, and Linkedin Sales Navigator

What the job involves
- Phone and web-based prospecting with pre-defined verticals and titles to identify and generate qualified leads
- Identify the prospect’s needs and challenges as directly related to Twingates offerings
- Develop engaging strategies to open the door to new business opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date records for prospects, accounts, contacts insights and new opportunities
- Assist the marketing team in identifying and executing business priorities to achieve sales goal
- Responsibilities include cold-prospecting, developing, and nurturing lead opportunities both outbound and inbound
- Work with broader sales org to collaborate on outreach strategies
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual engagement goals, as defined in annual plan
- Responsible for adding net new pipeline to our sales funnel
Our take
Despite massive technological advancements over the past few decades, the access control model used by companies has seen little progress. Twingate offers a modern solution for securing remote access to an organization’s private applications, data and environments, with potential to save time and money when running it.
A cloud-based service, Twingate’s aim is to eradicate the use of virtual private networks (VPN) as the solution of choice. Although not dissimilar to a VPN, Twingate enables users to set a software-based perimeter instead of risky VPN gateways and allows companies to control, to the smallest of details, who can govern access. Twingate’s model is unique as it grants access to an asset instead of a network, reducing the effects of a potential security breach to a single resource.
Twingate has seen impressive growth due to interest in zero-trust security, as companies move to meet the demands of distributed, hybrid work. It has already accrued customers including Bitpanda, Blend, Bloomreach and Cameo, with funding going towards growing its product as well as launching operations in Europe and Asia-Pacific.
