Who you are
- German as mother tongue and business fluent English language skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a specialist in talent acquisition or as a recruiter in Germany and the DACH regionr talent acquisition or as a recruiter in Germany and the DACH region
- Experience in high growth SaaS companies with fast growing teams

What the job involves
- You are the driving force behind the development and implementation of highly effective, diverse and inclusive strategies to find, recruit and hire qualified candidates in Germany and the DACH region (and beyond as we expand)
- You design and implement innovative hiring strategies to enable the successful growth of the commercial team
- You build strong talent pipelines, run sourcing campaigns and interact with talent throughout the recruitment process
- You are creative and take the initiative to attract the best talent
- You will nurture relationships with key talent pipelines and internal business partners and ensure an engaging and memorable candidate experiencer an engaging and memorable candidate experience

- You'll keep a close eye on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so every person is on track from application to hire, and support the Director of People with weekly reports and recommendations

Our take
The global patient platform Doctify was launched after its founders - two orthopedic surgeons - noticed how difficult it was to find reliable, representative, and verified healthcare reviews. The inability to easily access feedback was affecting patients as well as doctors, dentists, and hospitals. Doctify's online platform connects patients with healthcare specialists, allowing them to collect comprehensive and meaningful feedback.
A core tenet of the platform is the feedback loop that enables patients to provide meaningful reviews of their experience, letting practices improve the services they provide whilst allowing patients to make more informed decisions about where they are treated. Now operating in six markets, Doctify has provided thousands of its doctors and healthcare practitioners with video conferencing tools – allowing them to continue providing remote services where required.
In 2024, Doctify was featured in the Financial Times FT1000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in Europe. After 2023 funding from the likes of Beringea and Amadeus Capital Partners, it plans to continue expanding internationally and invest in sales and marketing.
