Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, managing technical software products from kick-off to shipping to maintenance. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience working in highly technical enterprise settings developing B2B products across varied industries, and extensive experience with cloud technologies and infrastructure level enterprise software.
- Experience shipping enterprise products with great user experiences at scale
- Experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and competing customer demands
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
- Significant experience with Linux-based systems and products
- Growth mindset and a passion for learning
- Can work effectively in a remote environment
What the job involves
- Develop and execute the product strategy, vision, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and improvements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with development teams to create intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that streamline and enhance the overall user experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to gather insights and make data-driven design decisions.
- Ensure that the product design and interface align with industry best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
- Lead the development and launch of customer-facing products, ensuring they meet customer needs and drive business growth.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Continuously monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on features and functionalities to improve customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and effectively communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to prioritize and allocate resources, resolve issues, and drive project success.
