Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing operations, analytics, and project management, combined with a deep understanding of marketing technologies and automation platforms
- Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and HubSpot
- Marketing Automation Platforms: HubSpot's marketing automation tools
- Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS): WordPress
- Email Marketing Tools: Hubspot
- Social Media Management Platforms: Hootsuite,
- Analytics and Reporting Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics

What the job involves
- As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and optimisation of marketing strategies and campaigns
- You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our marketing department, ensuring seamless execution, and driving efficiency and effectiveness
- Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Provide data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and campaigns
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Marketing Operations Management:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure effective communication
- Develop and enforce best practices for data management, campaign tracking, and reporting
- Project Management:
- Coordinate and prioritise marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and ROI
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaboration and Development:
- Provide guidance and support to your marketing peers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and share knowledge with the team
