Corporate Controller, Teamworks

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 4+ years in an accounting leadership position
• CPA and/or MAcc; expert knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Experience with Sage Intaact
• Experience managing teams of 2 or more

Desirable

• Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and review accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Maintain internal controls and compliance procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards for U.S. parent company and international subsidiaries
• Collaborate with VP, Finance, and senior leadership team to develop the company's financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, aligning them with strategic goals
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, financial institutions, and regulatory agencies as necessary to facilitate audits, tax filings, and other compliance matters
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company's compliance with all applicable domestic and international laws and reporting requirements
