What the job involves

Engage in user research to develop a deep understanding of our members and their needs
Your mission is to drive the strategy, development, and operations of in-app content for our self-care mobile ADHD app
Utilize insights from our analytics and from member research to inform your decisions
Collaborate closely with our clinical/product team to inform your strategy
Collaborate with the product team to create new in-app content types
Work with product to define metrics to measure the success of content in driving improvements in engagement and retention
Develop a framework for experimenting with new content ideas and strategies to help us meet our members’ needs and our business goals
Create an efficient, robust, and organized content creation and delivery process
Work closely with our clinical team, manage a team of writers to create in-app content
Create a cadence for releasing new content to our members
Communicate with stakeholders across the business to keep them informed and updated
Develop a strong editorial process to ensure our content meets our quality standards and continuously improve our content guidelines

Our take

ADHD is a neurological condition that usually affects patients for life. Inflow is a digital platform that aims to help people with ADHD to manage their medical condition. By using its platform, users can access daily exercises, challenges, tools, and other ADHD-specific support.

Inflow distinguishes itself in the market through the fact that it has been created by a team of clinicians and coaches who live with ADHD, meaning they understand it better than most. Moreover, the platform's content has been created by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is a scientific process that contributes to the effective management of ADHD.

With upwards of 100k downloads and a promising reception, it is so far going well for the company. It made its first acquisition in late 2022, with online psychiatry and medication platform Lina, and its latest fundraise will be used to further develop the product and support additional recruitment.
