Who you are
- A Strong Foundation - You’re a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part-time, or full-time role
- This could be in Project Management, Finance, Economics, Solar Development, or adjacent industries that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable managing details, digging into spreadsheets, conducting market research, thinking analytically, and working cross-functionally
- You’re Detail Oriented & Quantitative - You know that the devil is in the details and you go the extra mile to ensure all your i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed
- You’re comfortable in a spreadsheet and you’re down to make a presentation that might require some quantitative explanations at the executive level

What the job involves
- We have an amazing opportunity for a quantitative, detail-oriented analyst to solve hard problems and push renewable energy forward
- We’re looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently, has an eye for detail, and isn’t afraid of a challenge
- Our national network of solar partners, and we need your help!
- Specifically, you’ll work cross-functionally to help our team evaluate sites for solar potential, drive market expansion efforts through detailed research, develop commercial-scale solar projects across the country, act as a strategic thought partner to our Account Managers, and aid in structuring transactions to fit our investment and risk criteria
- Through this process, you’ll learn a lot. Wunder’s ability to deploy assets at scale is enabled by our proprietary software platform, which standardizes diverse markets by pinpointing common attributes across portfolios, triggers automation based on encoded policy criteria, facilitates quality assurance, and presents opportunities for optimization
- You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our Tech team to encode your market intelligence in our software, carrying it forward to improve future processes, ensuring no lesson is ever lost

Traditionally, centralised hydrocarbon energy companies have been leaders in energy provision to the masses. More sustainable energy providers, such as solar companies, don't have the infrastructure to provide end-to-end services for commercial and industry owners.
Using zero-carbon energy technology and industry expertise, Wunder Capital allows companies of all sizes to seamlessly implement solar power systems across holdings. Wunder Capital is involved in the design, engineering, and installation of all components and provides support and financing across the board.
Wunder Capital aims to lead the solar revolution over the course of the next decade as the cost of solar deployment is set to decline. As prices decrease, they hope more companies and people will be interested in making the switch to solar. Through use of highly standardised technology, they aim to continue efficiently financing and deploying solar energy systems to meet growing demand.
