Prior experience in a similar role and environment (rapidly-growing startup)
Strong command of G Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack, and Notion

What the job involves

As an essential member of our internal operations team, you will provide high-level support for a member of our leadership team including inbox and calendar management, successful coordination of meetings, and contract organization. You will serve as liaison between the executive and other departments within the organization
Manage the executive's calendar, collaborating and building strong relationships with internal and external executives and assistants
Support inbox management on behalf of executive
Coordinate contract processes between executive and external vendors
Coordinate travel arrangements and reservations for the executive as needed
Independently create well-organized, grammatically correct memos for distribution to members of various departments
Maintain highest level of confidentiality
Exercise administrative judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting staff, costs, and/or quality of service within the functional area
Perform other duties as assigned

Onebrief is transforming military planning with its software platform, which simplifies and speeds up operational tasks for US military headquarters worldwide. The platform enhances decision-making and streamlines complex planning, supporting various missions from defense to humanitarian aid.

The company has continuously updated its offering, for example by launching an API for better integration with other military tools, and developing offline access for remote use. It has also added AI features as part of continued innovation to meet the evolving needs of military users.

Onebrief has secured substantial funding which has allowed it to grow significantly. The latest round, secured in early 2026, will support rapid scaling and comes alongside the company's acquisition of Battle Road Digital, a leading defense innovation company applying gaming technology to defense and national security challenges.
