Who you are
- This is a builder role for someone who enjoys creating structure, opening new relationships, and partnering with Sales to win enterprise customers
- If you enjoy building from scratch, creating new revenue opportunities, and seeing your work translate into ARR, you'll thrive in this role
- You're an entrepreneurial builder who enjoys creating opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and turning partnerships into measurable business results
- You think like an owner, thrive in fast-moving environments, and enjoy collaborating across teams to solve problems and drive growth
- You're equally comfortable opening new doors, influencing executive stakeholders, and using data to prioritize where you'll create the biggest impact
- Has 5+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, or SaaS sales
- Has built or significantly grown partner programs within a SaaS company
- Has experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, or similar enterprise ecosystems
- Has a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Has a proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue through strategic partnerships
- Can influence executive stakeholders while collaborating effectively across Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Uses data, CRM insights, and AI tools to prioritize work and improve results
- Is willing to travel across North America
What the job involves
- Help us grow and lead our US partner network and redefine how the market closes deals with our #1 AI Digital Sales Room
- As our first Partner Sales Manager in North America, you'll build our partner business from the ground up
- You'll recruit and grow strategic partners across the Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft ecosystems, driving pipeline and revenue

That's why we're expanding our US presence and looking for our first Partner Sales Manager to build our partner network and drive new business alongside the world's leading CRM platforms
- You’ll be joining a truly global team as a member of both our Partnerships team and our tight-knit US team based in New York
- You will report to Camila Moreira, Head of Partnerships (based in Stockholm, Sweden), and Ali Ali, US Country Manager (based in New York)
- This isn't about inheriting an existing partner program
- You'll define how GetAccept builds partnerships across North America, establish strategic relationships with some of the world's largest technology ecosystems, and directly influence our US growth strategy
- Build and scale GetAccept's North American partner ecosystem
- Recruit, onboard, activate, and enable strategic solution partners across Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft, and adjacent ecosystems
- Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and co-sell motions alongside our US Sales team
- Build scalable partner playbooks covering recruitment, onboarding, enablement, account mapping, pipeline reviews, and demand generation
- Become a trusted advisor to strategic partners, helping them position GetAccept with their customers
- Represent GetAccept at partner events, customer meetings, and ecosystem communities across North America
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate partner growth
- Bring market insights back into the business to help shape our product roadmap, partner strategy, and go-to-market initiatives
