Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years experience in RevOps, GTM Systems, Sales Ops, or BI - preferably in B2B SaaS
- Salesforce admin and automation experience (flows, custom objects, process design)
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, and comfort with tools like DataBricks
- Proven experience with dashboarding in tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills — you start from first principles, not template
- Ownership mindset - you don’t just identify problems, you solve them
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced startup environment
Desirable
- Experience with Python or scripting for automation
- Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Workato, or API-based integrations
- Experience building forecasting and pipeline models for a tiered SaaS product
What the job involves
- At Source.ag, we’re building the next generation of agriculture through AI - and we’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Revenue Operations Engineer to help us design and scale the commercial systems behind it
- You’ll work directly with our Head of Revenue (Bas van den Brande) and cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product
- This is a full-stack role: you’ll identify opportunities, gather the data, architect solutions, and ship fast
- From Salesforce flows to DataBricks dashboards - you’ll build the GTM engine from the ground up
- Design, maintain, and optimize Salesforce as the backbone of our GTM motion
- Build scalable data models and pipelines using DataBricks and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker)
- Manage integrations across our GTM tech stack (e.g. Chargebee, marketing automation, Google Sheets, Zapier)
- Ensure system reliability, data governance, documentation, and change management
- Lead end-to-end projects: understand the problem, gather the data, design the solution, and implement it
- Support commercial planning and forecasting through automation and insight
- Develop internal tooling that reduces friction in the sales and customer journey
- Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for Sales, CS, and GTM leadership
- Monitor pipeline health, product adoption, and performance across cohorts and segments
- Make our data infrastructure a strategic advantage - not a bottleneck
Our take
Dutch agtech Source.ag installs AI-powered indoor farms in order to democratise access to sufficient fruit and vegetables whilst using fewer resources. Given that almost 45% of people worldwide do not have access to enough fruit and veg, this is a sizable problem to address.
As the climate crisis worsens, the company's services are in high demand, as indoor farms are essential in providing higher food security under increasingly challenging weather conditions. Source's hi-tech farms are able to protect crops against extreme heat, cold, rainfall or pests.
The company continues to invest in the development of its software that is making greenhouses smarter, whilst also onboarding new customers and expanding partnerships. It is well-funded, which has enabled accelerated product development and supported the expansion of commercial collaborations.
