Role
Who you are
- You bring at least 3 years of success hitting or exceeding sales targets in an EdTech or education-focussed organisation.
- You have led or managed sales teams, with a track record of achieving team-based results.
- You are confident in B2B sales environments, and experienced in navigating complex procurement processes, delivering engaging demos, and building trusted relationships with institutional buyers.
- You are a clear, persuasive and credible communicator, whether presenting to a university buyer or representing the company at a large scale event.
- You are highly organised and proactive, with experience of taking ownership of a sales pipeline and consistently moving leads through to conversion.
- You thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven team, and care about our products, the people they help, and how your role contributes to the wider team.
Desirable
- You already have a network within education procurement, assistive technology, or the wider EdTech space.
- You have an understanding of the DSA funding provision
- You’re comfortable contributing to lead generation efforts including through social media, events, and email marketing campaigns.
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a commercially driven and mission-aligned Education Sales Manager. This is a pivotal role for someone with proven success in EdTech who’s ready to take full ownership of a high-impact sales function and contribute to our next phase of growth — from deepening our institutional presence to exploring new markets and channels
- Revenue ownership – Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding annual sales targets across DSA, higher education, and emerging channels
- Lead generation – Drive new business through a combination of outreach, networking, inbound qualification, and partnership development
- Pipeline management – Use Pipedrive to manage leads, track progress, and report on KPIs
- Team development – Manage and mentor our Partnership Specialist
- Account development – Build strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients and education providers
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve lead conversion, refine messaging, and shape campaigns
- Process improvement – Optimise and scale the sales playbook, onboarding, and CRM hygiene

Our take
Wellness and organisation apps are a dime a dozen, but ones focused specifically on the well-being and practicalities of living with a learning difficulty are far fewer. Booost Education melds mental health support, diary and workload management, and routine building features into one platform.
With a team of disability needs assessors and UX designers behind the app, Booost is backed by founders with a solid understanding of what neurodiverse students need to help them succeed in the study. The product is currently live and available, both for UK students receiving the Disabled Students Allowance grant and for individuals, schools, colleges and universities.
Whilst apps such as Asana and Epic Win dominate the American market, there appears to be space for Booost in the UK software industry. That being said, Booost should partner with universities and DSA governing bodies to make sure it reaches as much of its target audience as possible, who must be convinced to use it regularly for it to make the biggest difference.
