- Demonstrated experience in compensation & benefits, total rewards, or HR analytics, with a strong background in market benchmarking and incentive design
- Experience managing global and regional compensation structures, ideally in a multinational environment
- Deep understanding of salary surveys, benchmarking methodologies, and HR tech systems (e.g., HiBob, Mercer, Radford)
- Experience optimizing global benefits through market insights and benchmarking
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills to interpret compensation data and provide strategic recommendations
- Proven expertise in pay equity, executive compensation, and benefits program design
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
- Knowledge of HR compliance, tax regulations, and compensation laws in multiple regions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally for global compensation projects and leadership meetings

- We are looking for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to join our People, Culture, & Sustainability (PCS) team

- The Senior Manager, Total Rewards plays a key role in shaping EFG’s total rewards strategy, ensuring that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives
- This role will drive compensation structures, incentive plans, pay equity, and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent globally
- Working closely with HR leadership, Finance, People Analytics, and external vendors, this position will oversee market benchmarking, compliance, and innovative rewards programs that enhance the employee experience
- The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will also provide strategic guidance on executive compensation, salary reviews, and incentive plans, while ensuring compliance with global and regional pay regulations
- This position reports directly to our Head of PCS Product
- Compensation Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement base salary structures, incentive plans, and total rewards strategies aligned with business goals
- Market Benchmarking & Pay Equity: Conduct salary benchmarking and pay equity analysis to maintain competitive and fair compensation practices
- Salary Review & Job Architecture: Manage annual salary review cycles, job leveling, and career frameworks to ensure consistency and transparency
- Short- & Long-Term Incentives: Design and administer bonus structures, commission plans, and equity-based rewards to drive performance and retention
- Global Benefits & Well-Being Programs: Partner with HR and external benchmarking providers to design competitive health, retirement, and well-being benefits
- HR Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with regional labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies
- People Analytics & Compensation Insights: Use data-driven insights and HR technology to track compensation trends and optimize rewards programs
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, Finance, and Talent teams to align rewards strategies with business needs
- Executive & Leadership Compensation: Provide support for executive pay benchmarking, LTIP plans, and Board-level reporting
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to enhance EFG’s rewards programs and total rewards philosophy
Our take
Young people are increasingly turning away from traditional media, and gaming has in recent years become a professional spectator sport that draws huge online crowds. FACEIT is a competitive gaming platform that allows developers to run their own online tournaments, providing ranking charts, skill-based matchmaking and anti-cheat software to ensure that these events are as fair as any traditional sporting competition.
The esports market is projected to be worth about £4.5 billion globally by 2030, and FACEIT has attracted large scale investments as it continues to innovate in this market. Not all of its moves have panned out - for instance its foray into crypto gaming in 2022 could have come at a better time, but its pivot to non-intrusive in-game advertising has been well received by developers and is a testament to the adaptability of the company.
FACEIT is continuing to release and support new gaming products, for instance a car racing tournament released in colloboration with RENNSPORT, where established esports teams and car manufacturers will compete for a prize pool of €500,000. An Overwatch tournament launched in 2024 with a cash prize pool of $170,000. As the esports market shows no sign of slowing down, FACEIT will remain in a strong position to grow alongside it.
