- 1-2 years experience supporting inside sales environment
- Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce
- Basic experience in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience supporting a team

- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

What the job involves
- We are looking for a qualified Call Center Operations Administrator to join our team. You will ensure sales agents are meeting expectations and provide support to customer inquiries
- You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills
- Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations
- Provide day to day auditing and review sales agents call recordings
- Find discrepancies in sales process and provide reporting
- Provide data to help the sales management team
- Monitor performance indicators
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
