Lead Product Analyst, ServiceTitan

• Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative field (including functional knowledge of accounting, e.g. undergraduate courses or an MBA)
• 8+ years of experience as a product analyst
• Experience building insightful Tableau dashboards
• Strong SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Deep analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with great attention to detail
• Ability to creatively start new projects; viewed as both indistinguishable and indispensable from the business teams you partner with
• You up-level the entire analyst team by helping others with queries, analysis, and subject matter knowledge
• Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills that allow you to directly communicate with VP+ leaders are required
• Maintain and execute against multi-quarter roadmaps
• Knowledge of how to build A/B test splits

• ServiceTitan is looking for an extraordinary Lead Product Intelligence Analyst to develop insightful and in depth reporting and take our understanding of our customers and our product to the next level
• You will be the company’s go-to resource for analysis on our within-product accounting application
• Beyond accounting, you’ll also have the opportunity to support key asks from our executives across our product
• While your primary focus will be the accounting part of our product, there will be opportunities to grow in your knowledge of our product and work with a variety of stakeholders over time
• Our customers depend on our software overall and our accounting system for their success
• Work directly with business users to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide insights using business intelligence platforms such as Tableau
• Define metrics with key stakeholders and monitor impact of releases and product changes at an in depth level
• Build insightful reports and visualizations to surface trends and actionable insights to internal business users
• Inform business and teams of user activity on our platform, establish metrics to identify customer pain points
• Build strong relationships within product and support functions to understand business needs
• Ensures adequate instrumentation and metrics in place to respond to fundamental business questions on our product and its usage
• Proactively identify new opportunities to improve our product
