Technical Recruiter, Radiant Nuclear

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or 5+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter
• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing niche, passive talent across varied disciplines
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with senior leadership and hiring managers
• Proven ability to recruit across a wide range of skill sets, from early-career to senior technical and corporate roles
• Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends as necessary to meet company goals
• Must work 100% onsite at Radiant’s El Segundo HQ
• Occasional travel for recruitment and networking events

• You will own the full-cycle recruitment process—from intake and sourcing strategy to closing top-tier candidates—while serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers and a champion of Radiant’s mission to deliver the world’s first portable zero-carbon nuclear microreactor

• You will recruit for a diverse range of technical and corporate roles, from entry-level to senior leadership, while also leading Radiant’s university recruiting program to engage the next generation of innovators. • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to signed offer
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring strategies, establish best practices, and close high-caliber talent
• Develop and uphold consistent, structured hiring processes that assess and attract mission-aligned candidates
• Drive creative and proactive sourcing strategies, including targeted campaigns, industry networking, and non-traditional recruiting channels
• Represent Radiant at recruiting, networking, and industry events to build talent pipelines and strengthen employer brand
• Identify and implement process improvements in the recruitment function, leveraging data and metrics to inform decisions
