What the job involves
- As a copywriter at Hello Heart, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our brand's voice and delivering compelling ideas, and content in multiple mediums to both B2B and B2C audiences
- Develop compelling copy for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Maintain our brand's tone and style guidelines to ensure consistent messaging
- Stay informed about the latest healthcare trends, medical advancements, and industry news to create informed and relevant content
- Optimize content for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic
- Report to Creative director for feedback and mentorship; Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging with company objectives
- Monitor the performance of content using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
