Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or MS) preferred
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or a similar role within fintech or AI/machine-learning environments
- Proven experience in client-facing roles involving finance or strategic consulting, with a strong track record managing large enterprise accounts and complex API-based implementations
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management
- Hands-on familiarity with coding, API architectures (REST, GraphQL) and enterprise data integrations
- Familiarity with AI/machine-learning technologies and their applications in finance
- Proficient with tools such as Office, CRM systems, Slack, Zoom
- Excels in leveraging LLMs for novel use cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams

What the job involves
- Boosted.ai is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented Solutions & Strategy Consultant to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients—especially large enterprise accounts—to understand their investment processes and technology needs, providing strategic consultation and designing tailored AI solutions using our platform
- You will initially focus on mastering our platform, delivering solutions to clients, and driving pre-sales efforts. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation of our platform (including API-level integrations) and help clients leverage advanced technologies to achieve their investment goals.
- You will also work cross-functionally to improve scalability and enhance conversion rates. As you grow in the role, you will be expected to take on more strategic responsibilities, such as influencing product development, driving and pitching cross-functional initiatives, and leading major enterprise client engagements

- Develop Deep Expertise in Boosted.ai Solutions:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our platform, capabilities, and how they benefit clients
- Stay updated on the latest features and enhancements of our AI tools and market tools. Become a subject-matter expert on LLMs, their capabilities, and limitations
- Understand the business drivers and be confident in delivering value statements to prospective clients within asset management, wealth management, investor-relations groups, and global banks
- Mentor team members and contribute to building and refining internal consulting processes
- Become an Expert on Boosted.ai Sales Process:
- Build processes to track and maintain key metrics across client relationships and identify opportunities to scale processes and implement process improvements
- Be an expert on CRM data, workflows, and reporting
- Know and contribute to sales-cycle efficiency and enablement
- Client Engagement and Consultation:
- Engage with C-suite financial-services executives, portfolio managers, and analysts to understand their investment processes, challenges, and objectives
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations on integrating AI, machine learning, and API-driven workflows into their investment strategies
- Design and propose customized AI-driven agents that align with clients' needs and goals
- Quantify and demonstrate product value
- Solution Implementation:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to build and deliver client solutions, including complex enterprise implementations that leverage REST/GraphQL APIs and other technical integrations
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on using our AI tools effectively
- Serve as the bridge between sales and account management, thriving in ambiguous environments to get clients to value quickly
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues
- Identify opportunities for upselling or expanding the use of our solutions within client organizations
- Market and Industry Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes in AI and finance
- Provide internal updates on market research and insights to inform product development and strategy
- Strategy & Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve client engagement and refine go-to-market strategies, driving measurable improvements in client conversion and revenue growth
- Work closely with sales, product, and development teams to relay client feedback and influence the product roadmap
- Bridge the gap between Sales and CS, and work cross-functionally with Marketing and BDR teams to enhance processes and improve leads
- Develop sales materials by providing subject-matter expertise
- Thought Leadership and Knowledge Sharing:
- Contribute to the creation of thought-leadership content such as whitepapers, case studies, and webinars
- Represent Boosted.ai at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Gaining insights from the analysis of large quantities of financial data is essential for investment managers to create value within their equity portfolios, but there is only so much data that teams of humans can analyse. Robo-advisor investment tools leverage AI to boost scope and advise smart investment moves, but current solutions generally exist for individual investors as opposed to retail investment managers.
Boosted.ai provides an AI-driven investment platform for retail investment managers, leveraging machine learning algorithms to learn an investor's expertise, model it, and offer investment decisions to enhance portfolio outcomes. Portfolios are ranked based on the user's goals, Sharpe ratios, and risk assessment, and are analysed through the human-interrupted AI system without requiring any coding, data science, engineering, or specialised hardware.
Whilst the concept of AI assistance in investment is nothing new, Boosted.ai has taken a unique stance by encouraging the human-interrupted use of its tools specifically by retail investment managers. Furthermore, the company is aiming to increase the availability and accessibility of such software by taking a no-code and data-free approach.
