Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing in the B2C industry, with a track record of effectively managing campaigns
- Proficiency in major analytics and tracking tools, such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
- Preferable experience with affiliate networks such as AWIN or Impact in the e-commerce sector
- Preferable basic knowledge in any PPC channel (e.g., Meta, GoogleAds)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills for optimizing affiliate partnerships and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with partners and internal teams
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is a plus
What the job involves
- We're seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager (f/m/x) who excels in creating and optimizing affiliate campaigns to drive revenue growth
- In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the crucial link between our brands and affiliate partners, fostering collaborative promotional strategies for mutual success
- Manage all affiliates, including recruiting and onboarding new partners to expand our e-commerce program
- Provide comprehensive support and necessary tracking tools to affiliates
- Oversee day-to-day operations of affiliate campaigns to maximize return on investment
- Ensure ethical practices, monitor for fraudulent activities, and take corrective action to safeguard BBG's reputation and the interests of affiliates and customers
- Develop successful paid social strategies on Meta, defining goals, associated KPIs, and refining concepts for targeted implementation
- Optimize campaigns using a continuous test & learn approach, actively seeking new ideas and trends
