Who you are
- This position requires experience in Executive support, exceptional attention to detail, and a keen ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities

- Must be flexible to work outside of traditional business hours on occasion
- 5+ years of experience in an EA role with experience supporting C level executives
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to manage up and have impeccable follow-up and follow-through
- Experience with domestic and/or international travel coordination
- Proficiency in G-Suite: Google Calendars, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides
- Strong organizational skills that demonstrate ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience working in a start-up
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong judgment and decision-making capability
- Ability to multitask, deal with ambiguity and reprioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities/requests
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills

What the job involves
- Fabric is looking for an organized and self-motivated, experienced Executive Business Partner to provide administrative and program support to our several Executives
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments with diplomacy and confidentiality; ensuring the schedule is organized efficiently, prioritizing most important items and resolving all conflicts in advance
- Arrange complex and detailed travel including international travel, itineraries, and agendas
- Arrange events internally and with customers as necessary, collaborating with the EBP team throughout
- Meeting coordination - including arranging logistics, creating and maintaining agendas and material preparation
- Organize frequent, challenging customer executive meetings that require multiple teams across the company to attend
- Support off-site event coordination as requested
- Provide guidance, connection and back up support to the other Executive Business Partners
- Prioritize conflicting requests; handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion
- Manage a cadence of organizational meetings, including all hands, team meetings, 1:1’s, performance review, recruiting, and more
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships, both externally and internally
- Special projects as needed

The global e-commerce market is massively on the rise. Driven by changing consumer habits, especially the growth of shopping on mobile devices, the global market grew by almost $3 trillion between 2015 and 2020 and reached roughly $7 trillion in 2025.
Founded in 2017, fabric offers a "headless" commerce platform as a service to retailers, merchandisers, and sellers to streamline their e-commerce operations. The so-called "headless" commerce separates the front- and back-ends of e-commerce websites and applications, which allows brands greater flexibility and faster page loads.
fabric's strategy is focused on technology and innovation, particularly through the use of scalable software and APIs. Targeting brands that are "too big for Shopify" yet "too fast for Salesforce", it is looking to appeal to a niche within the e-commerce market that existing competition hasn't yet taken advantage of.
This approach has attracted a lot of interest, both from brands and investors, leading to major funding rounds in 2021 and 2022. fabric is using these funds to ramp up product development and expand into more markets.
