Who you are
- 3-5 years of CRM experience
- Knowledge working with CRM campaign planning, development, and end-to-end execution with proven track record of delivering value
- Able to develop and build complex segments within Braze & Effectively leverage the features within Braze to drive customer engagement
- Strong commercial acumen and results-orientated with proven track record of using analytics to drive improvements
- Experience of working in a multinational / multi-market organisation
Desirable
- Solid expertise with Braze is preferred
- Competency in coding HTML, CSS, and Liquid highly advantageous
- Knowledge of FS / money transfer business highly advantageous
What the job involves
- Work with the Senior CRM Manager in developing, optimising, maintaining and executing the EMEA roadmap to drive engagement and revenue growth
- Proactively identify gaps in the communications journey and work with cross functional stakeholders to create new communications, optimise old ones and understand customer behaviour
- Track performance and develop a testing strategy with a view to improving key campaign metrics and ROI to actively show that you are using an insight led approach to your work
- Put customer insights at the heart of everything you do, and develop processes with relevant Insight and Analytics team to deliver against your roadmap
- Work towards performance-based targets, including open rates, click rates, conversion rates and CLTV
- Monitor competitor activity & implement tactical campaigns to increase market share
- You will demonstrate best practices in your approach to campaign planning, technical work and analysis. While always seeking to improve and share knowledge across the team
- Ultimately improve TOMA, engagement and retention of our customer DB through a focused, S.M.A.R.T strategy based on testing and learning
- You’ll be hands-on in Our CRM system, utilising all available data to create effective, compelling and Engaging customer communications as part of our overall CRM strategy
- Reporting into the Senior CRM Manager for Regional Engagement, you’ll be an Integral part of the team that is responsible for supporting Regional marketing Teams in their campaign activity to drive revenue growth
