Cloud Engineer Intern, DocuSign

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• Coding and design experience, preferably in a programming language like C#, Java, C++, PowerShell, or shell scripting
• Completed courses focused on Cloud, Networking, or Server administration
• This role is not eligible for CPT, OPT or sponsorship now or in the future

• DocuSign is seeking Cloud Engineer Interns to help build and enhance our cloud infrastructure over the course of a 12-week paid internship (start/end dates flexible)
• You will be a member of a small, focused team that is working to improve the scalability of our infrastructure, learn and apply best practices around cloud governance, automation, and achieve market expansion of DocuSign services
• Each intern will have a dedicated mentor who, along with the team’s engineers, will teach and guide you as you make improvements that will ship prior to the end of your internship
• This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Engineering and is designated Flex
• Create and maintain cloud infrastructure deployments using Terraform
• Apply policy to enterprise landing zones to enforce compliance and security best practices
• Implement solutions for supporting high availability and disaster recovery
• Review and modify Cloud networking topology
• Create services to provide improved observability of the cloud environment
• Implement Test-Driven Development practices around Infrastructure-as-Code solutions
• Deploy containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for successful delivery of solutions
