As our CRM Specialist, you will take ownership of designing personalized CRM journeys tailored to the unique wants and needs of our users
Design CRM tailored to the users' needs based on their behavior
Facilitate user feedback by enabling users to effortlessly leave a review based on their experience
Implement data-driven strategies to continuously optimize user engagement and retention, leveraging insights from CRM analytics

Our bunq assessment takes approximately 30 minutes and includes 2 tests: an abstract reasoning test and a personality test (MBTI)
