Who you are
- Previous Workday system experience is ideal but not necessary
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- An understanding of HR processes
- Used to working on both Project and BAU activities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office (Excel) skills
- Organised with good attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Ability to build rapport, persuade and influence others
What the job involves
- You will have the opportunity to work with a number of subject matter experts in shaping and building a true HRIS service to the P&O Team and wider business, for one of the leading Fashion brands in the world
- Partner closely with the P&O team (People Team, Reward) and Finance (Payroll) to identify opportunities for business process improvement through better leverage or enhancement of existing HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Raise any risks / issues to People Solutions lead regarding integrations between Workday and the payroll system
- Conduct monthly quality assurance checks before the payroll is committed to ensure data accuracy between Workday and the payroll system
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Workday through implementing best practices and cleansing of information / data within the tool
- Gather and assess requirements for system changes and report requirements where necessary, whilst acting as part of the team that manages the release cycle (including any new modules)
- Assist with testing regarding new updates / features and enhancements in Workday prior to when they are moved to the live tenant environment
- Assist the wider P&O team from a system and process perspective, also identifying and implementing process improvements and documenting processes
