Role
Who you are
- At least 3 years insight experience, preferably we retail data setup like Digital Shelf Analytics Tools, or Circana, NiQ
- Knowledge of Amazon platforms such as Vendor Central
- Experiences managing complex client insight projects
- Confident delivering insights to challenging senior contents at clients
What the job involves
- Together with your Account Director, you will be responsible and accountable for driving the strategic direction of our key client partners
- You will help execute clearly defined customer strategies from driving adoption, contributing to business growth, renewal and proactively identifying and supporting upsell opportunities for our top customers
- To drive client strategy and insight, you will help support the team by defining strategies to build indispensable relationships with our customers and translate these into quantifiable business results
- Create and deliver support aligned to net growth
- Create and deliver insight led strategic service plan for your account aligned to growth
- Drive Zero Churn through account excellence & pro-actively identify opportunities through first class insight & analytical capability to support account expansion (Upsells) and ultimately Net Growth
- Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction NPS that leads to renewal and upsells
- Deliver real value through Quantifiable Success Stories, sharing best practice as a result of driving sales growth through the growth of One Number metrics
- Commercial Accountability:
- You and your Account Director are targeted on identifying and supporting upsell opportunities. You will directly oversee our biggest and most strategic account
- You will be responsible for Driving Customer Value via Account Excellence and assist your Account Director to Ignite Growth through Insight and upsell
- Insight Department Support:
- You will coach and mentor the team and demonstrate how to deliver insights for global strategic accounts and how to speak value = business growth aligned to ON growth
- You will lead from the front, you will work and understand team development needs and collaborate with fellow Insight/ CS team to drive capability across the teams
- You will lead and define the strategic plan against the servicing strategy
- You will drive Quantifiable Success Stories measured against ON growth and sales uplifts
- Relationships, Insight Led Planning & Execution Excellence:
- Relationships:
- External: You will support your team and ADs in strategic meetings, QBRs and attend strategic meetings face to face when required
- Internal: You will represent the needs of the department (based on insights & feedback) to other internal departments including Product Development incl. PSO), Operations, Sales and Leadership
- Strategy Led Planning:
- You will refine the Value Model aligned to measuring business growth (Annual & Quarterly JBP cycle) by pro-actively analyzing and understanding trends in the customer's data to identify key areas of opportunity to improve Digital Shelf metrics and pivot your strategy to ensure positive outcomes are linked to business growth
- You will train the Insight team to leverage our estorebrands toolkit to bring more creative storytelling and upsell opportunities to existing customers
- Executional Excellence:
- You will work with the Lead team in ensuring key deliverables are executed from Insights, Share & Re-apply, Training etc. in line with the Joint Business Plan, to ensure the aligned goals set in the plan lead to strong relationships and account renewal
- The result of which should form Insightful meetings & Quantifiable Success Stories critical for renewal and upsells
- Thought Leadership and Innovation:
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies
- Foster a culture of innovation within the organization (share and reapply)
